Anti-Narcotics Task Force

The smuggling of Narcotics has been increased which is disturbing the socio-economic condition of the Punjab state. In order to check and control the menace of drug smuggling and its abuse, an Anti-Narcotics Task Force has been constituted for combating drug trafficking and drug abuse in the state with headquarter at Patiala.

NO. 4/37/2009-5115/3436 :- In order to establish the coordinating and sharing of information regarding drug traffickers and related crimes among various State and Central law enforcement agencies, the Govt. is pleased to constitute the Anti-Narcotics Task Force with the following composition:-

The Anti-Narcotics Task Force will meet quarterly as and when required.
